ATA 191 SIP firmware upgrade

Hi experts

Would you please help me with the answer of following questions?

1-Is it possible to upgrade firmware of ATA 191 SIP from call manager (version 11.5) like IP phone firmware upgrade? Or we have to do it manually? We want to upgrade firmware from 12.01 to 12.01 SR1.

2-Could you please help with the upgrade process if manually upgrading is the only option for ATA 191?

You can upgrade firmware from CUCM like any other phone. Download the latest release and install on all CUCM servers.

I was having this issue as well.  After uploading the firmware to CUCM and restarting the necessary services. It can take 25 minutes from the time the ATA191 starts the upgrade until it finally reboots with the new firmware. 

If you watch the logs on the ATA191 you will see the following when it starts the upgrade process:

Those lines will repeat every few minutes.

You will also see the MemFree will continue to drop:

Jan 1 00:15:14 ATA191 System[677]: MemFree: 79912 kB

Eventually it will log when it finally upgrades:

I am trying to firmware upgrade "ATA191.12-0-1-0301-002" via tftp. Do you have a copy of XML format(XML) profile?
