ATA-191 Web Access via Cisco Call Manager Express

Hello everyone, does anyone know how to get Web Access working for an ATA-191 registered to a Cisco Call Manager Express?

 

IOS version is: Cisco IOS XE Software, Version 16.07.02

ATA-191 Firmware is: 12-0-1SR1-1

Within the .xml file from the ATA, the necessary key-words are already included:

 

<vendorConfig>
<webAccess>0</webAccess>
<sshAccess>0</sshAccess>
</vendorConfig>

 

But none of them are working. So neither web access nor ssh.

 

In telephony-service the parameters are also enabled. I tried with profile instead of phone service also, but not working.

 

telephony-service
service profile webAccess 0
service phone webAccess 0
service phone sshAccess 0

 

The ATA itself is registered via Fast-Track: 

voice register pool-type ATA-191
xml-config maxNumCalls 1
xml-config busyTrigger 1
telnet-support
transport tcp
reference-pooltype ATA-190

 

Telnet is also not working... Username and Password is set via voice register pool.

 

If anyone knows how to do it, please let me know

 

Web access for other "normal" phones is working. So it must be specific to ATA.

After checking with TAC, the solution is to disable Phone Access. This will the enable web access for ATA. It's a bit strange but that's what it is... 

 

• service phone webAccess 1
• service phone admin Password xxxxx

the link is the Admin Guide for ATA MPP Firmware. We are not using MPP Devices.

Firmware that is used, to be more specific, is: cmterm-ata191.12-0-1SR1-1.zip
