ata186 fax issue ccm 4.1.3

Hi,

design is simple: mgcy gateway which has PRI line, ccm 4.1.3 and ata186

everthing is ok except sending fax. i am tyring to send fax to pstn but most of the time i got fail.

which settings should be for ata audio mode: 0015 , 0012, 0035 ?

which settings should be for ata connect mode:

which settings shoul be in mgcp gateway 2851 router : mgcp fax t38 inhibit, no modem passthrough,

there are lots of command but actually i did not understand clearly fax issue..

I do know that you can only run Fax and Modems on the first port. This is the only port that will do G.711

Hi, me myself got it working with AudioMode 0x0015XXXX for port 2 or 0xXXXX0015 for port 1 and ConnectMode 0x90000400.

Where in gods name do you put these options??? I heard you can use a handset to program the ATA. but not anything this detailed

You first have to go to the following URL: http:///dev. = ATA IP address.

From there you can configure your parameters.
