ATA187 status is Registering.

Where are you trying to register the ATA 187 to? CUCM or CME?

We can see that there is a tftp timeout when it's trying to register.

I am try to register the CUCM 8.5.1.14068-1. The ATA 187 was registered in callmanger. Suddenly it is unregistered.

This could be a network issue. What is the topology between the ata 187 and the CUCM?

The ATA 187 is sip so if one of the REGISTER messages did not receive a 200 OK from the call manager, or if the register keepalive did not make it to the call manager, the device will be marked as unregistered.

Check to see if any changes were made on the network if this device was registered before.

It looks like the device is failing to pull its config via TFTP.  Check the web page to see if it has the correct TFTP server configured first.

Try pulling down the config file (ATABEBF9D430D01.cnf.xml) using a TFTP client connected to that TFTP server. You might just need to restart the TFTP service.

Are using asking for instructions on how to use a TFTP Client?

 

Windows has one built-in but may not be enabled on your PC.  

 

I would suggest using google to learn how to use a TFTP client of your choice.
