All,
when trying to log into the AC admin page the user name is showing up in all caps even thought I don't have caps lock set. If I try it with caps locks it still gets typed as all caps. I think the same thing is happening with the password and as such I cannot log in. the web page is even warning me about using the correct caps. Anyone have any ideas on what I need to do?

The app simply remembers the last login if you accepted the browser question, the ADMIN username is the default username and is upper case, if your password does not take it must be that you are typing incorrect password.

when i want to set new password, it didnt work, failure 24.
