hi,
we have an attendant console at CUCM 6.x that works fine.
Everytime somebody calling the company the call is routing to the AC Pilot Point, and if the agents are busy the call is queued.
Now the customer wants, that, if the agents are busy, the call not are queued immediatly. The caller should hear 5 or 6 ringings and after this the call should put into the queue.
Can I realize this with the AC plugin from CUCM 6.x ? If there another solution for this?

You cannot have it just for when attendants are busy, you'd need to introduce the delay for all calls or for none.
If you want a delay just add a CTI RP in the path before AC and use the CFNA adjusting the No Answer Ring Duration (seconds) parameter.

I try it, but it doesnt work.
I set the CFNA to the DN of the AC Pilot. If I call the delayer route point DN, I got a message "The person you have called, is not available".
If I set CF All to the AC Pilot, it works, but doesn't delay.
I think, without registering the Route Point, CallForward No Answer will not work. Correct me, if not.
