Hello,
We are experiencing a problem with AC directory, it is not updating users. We are AD intergrated. The correct info is seen on CUCM.
version;
Administration Registered - Fully licensed product System Version: 3.1.1.8 Administration Version: 3.1.1.137
If anyone has encoutered this issue or has any troubleshooting steps please let me know.

Try restarting the Callmanager Attendant Console and CTI services on CUCM.

Also double check that the directory syc within the attendant console webadmin is checked to sync at service startup and periodically synchronizes
