I am having issue with one of our attendant console user. The attendant console on the machine does not show caller ID.
The call manager version is 4.1.3
Please let me know of any suggestions.

I am having the same issue with 6.1..is there a seting or something that controlls this...we get callerid on the ac users phone.

Did you ever get this resolved I have new installation of UCM 7.0.1 with Attendant console and I am seeing this same problem
