Guys,
I have a deployment of Attendant Console Standard 11.x using Cisco 8851 IP Phones. Everything is working fine, except they want to use headsets. But everytime they answer a call from the console, it goes to speakerphone instead of headset. Am i missing something in the configuration?

Is the headset button on the phone "ON"?

No, It's off.
I can't find a way for it to remain ON after a call. Do you know if this work the same on 8851 phones?

Hey,
I just did another test, and even with the light off, it went to headset. I guess the only difference is the light won't stay ON all time like in 79XX.
