audio issue

Hi,

I have the below setup 

When phone (PH2 10.0.5.10 ) calls  ( which is connected through a tunnel )  PHONE 3 , I am facing audio issues . 

There is route from 10.0.5.0/24 to 1.1.1.0  and fw policy is there in place . 

Apart from that what could be issue

Hi,

We don't know much more about your device configuration but this issue mostly reported due to firewall devices. Which firewall do you have? Share some configuration or logs details so we can get more.

 Do I need route from 10.0.5.0 to  sip server 1.1.1.10?

Hi,
I have another sip trunk , when the calls are connected the phone shows remote address is call manager address .
But the for the second sip trunk it shows the sip server address
Why is that
