Hi,
I try to set the audio tuning wizard for my IP communicator. The compatibility (in audio tuning wizard) is running. I still get the error that no compatible sound is installed in this computer. Any advice to fix the problem ?

Are your audio devices (speaker / mic) are installed properly ? Are they visible when you run audio tuning wizard from ip communicator ?

Is the CIPC installed on a PC/laptop or on a virtual PC? If it is installed on a PC/laptop are you directly connected to it or are you using Remote Desktop (or another client) to access?
The reason I ask is that CIPC on a VM has issues connecting to local audio resources. Only a few remote-connection clients will allow CIPC to work properly.

Firs of all, thank you for your help. I've solved the problem from the other way.
I've just set the input and output of VAC in line1, then it works.
