hello,
after upgrading the pack software 8.6.1 of UC520 , the ip phones shows auth fail. how can i resolve this problem?

Perform factory reset on the phone or manually delete all certs.

Under security --> trusted list delete CTL and ITL certs.

i can' delete this on the ip phones and it shows in the phone CLT not installed.

OK, that was expected, what about the ITL?
Did you try facory reset of the phone?

ther is not ITL. not i didn't try the reset factory.
