And are you using VPN??
On-prem??
Just posting the logs without a proper explanation of what happened, does not work.
Was it working?? Was it moved from another cluster???

Assuming you're using CUCM 8.x+ you cannot simply move a phone to another cluster due to ITL, try a factory reset and then try to register it again.

I have two CUCM, one with version 10.5, another with version 8.6, i have this problem in the version 10.5, and the version 8.6 is a similar problem. The phone has been reset at each change of CUCM.

Hello Diana,
I believe as Jaime said, you need to "factory reset" the Phone not just reset it. Another way is to reset the "Security" settings on the Phone. Security By Default is enabled from UCM 8.0x and above. To reset the "Security" Setting:Go into the phones settings, under admin settings choose reset settings and then choose to reset the security settings and then try to re-register.
Thanks,

That's right, i reset the security settings, and still have the same problem, the phone says unregistered and upgrade in progress and thus no longer continuous stays.
