HI ,
In our cisco VOIP environment,
Automated Auto Attendant for cisco VOIP phones is not working.
Scenario:
CUCM 8
when we call a xxxxxx number from landline (external)or mobile(external)
greeting message displayed
selcting options like press 1 for xxxxx,press 2 for xxxxxx etc : works fine
But,the same procedure do not work when we call the same number from internal extension(VOIP phones)
when we call a xxxxxx number from internal extensions
greeting message displayed
selcting options like press 1 for xxxxx,press 2 for xxxxxx etc :
do not work,keeps repeating the greeting and do not route the call.
FYI,
I am a new bee in VOIP technology....

It seem the second scenario didn't recognize your DTMF
Please describe the call flow and how the AA service work

Can you please elaborate your CUCM Cluster?
From which phones are you dialling the AA number (Phone Type & Device Protocol)?
