Auto-attendant takes 4 rings then to be picked up by the router

I have a UC 520 and after 4 rings then the aa is picked up when the pilot is rang. Any idea why this is happening and how this seconds can be reduced to one ring for the most?

Is the incoming leg pots/fxo,pri etc. or ip/sip,h323?

When u say AA, are u referring to CUE AA or BACD/TCL based AA?

Are you able to provide config and some debugs to check if the delay

is being caused within the UC ?
