Hello all.
We have Cisco Call Manager 11.x, CUPS 11.x and Unity 11.x
We do auto Bac with Disaster Recovery System in UC System and save this on a file share.
I want to know how some of you keep such file share clean ?
Are you running a scipt that automaticly delte files older than 1 week ?
Or are they any other ideas ?
Because for me it seem there is no fea ture from Cisco that they only save for example th last 7 days and delte older ones.

On the DRS schedule you specify how manay backups to keep, so if for example you specify 5 only the last 5 backups will be retained on your SFTP server and previous ones will be deleted. You need to ensure that the user you use for the backup has proper delete permissions on the SFTP side.
