Auto Popup feature for selection of dialled number from IP Phone

Hi,

The auto pop up (pressing 9, on the IP Phone, the called number history is displayed(enter or select number to dial), so that they can toggle.. select the appropriate number and dial out).

As per the customer, this feature is available with 7911 IP Phone model and 7962 but not on 7960 & 7912.. they want to enable this auto Pop up feature.

1.What is this feature called?

2.Can this be enabled from the call manager or upgrading the phone firmware? or this is not possible and they have to change the IP Phone model to a newer phone model.

That is number auto-complete from call history.

As you noticed, it is not available on 1st generation phones like 7960 & 7912.
