Hi,
Can we see the config from the switchports that phones are connected to.
Also the uplink port for the switch to this router.
Regards,
Alex.

Thanks Anas will check the documentation.

Are the phones connecting in the first instance, or loosing their lease when disconnected?
I am assuming that the DCHP option have been checked and the phones setting files checked as well?

I had this problem before when I deployed AVAYA IP Office and Phones with cisco switch This is what you should do:
04-01-2013 11:40 AM
Thanks Nicolo for your reply.
but however we are using same configuration at the other remote office and it is working fine i checked all the switches in that n/w for lldp and it is not enabled.

Gopineni,
I have been looking at the 9608 phone.
http://downloads.avaya.com/css/P8/documents/100161759
I think the issue hereis related to the option 242 in your dhcp scope in the original posting
Can you try removing the setting and re-insrting without the VLANTEST option
!
ip dhcp pool VOICE
no option 242 ascii MCIPADD=172.25.19.4, MCPORT=1719, HTTPSRVR=172.25.19.5, VLANTEST=0
option 242 ascii MCIPADD=172.25.19.4, MCPORT=1719, HTTPSRVR=172.25.19.5
!
Looks like the phone is trying to tag an 802.1Q value.
You ports are all set set to access in vlan 60 so we do not
want any tagging.
Worth a try.
Regards,
Alex.
