Avaya phones in CUCM go to 'Aquiring service'

Hello, we have installed several Avaya phones model J169 to CUCM in version 14.0.

They register successfully but every five minutes or so the freeze and go to 'Acquiring service' status. After a while, they a operative again. But it happens too often and if they are in a call, the call is dropped. I have taken logs and packet captured in CUCM and see no errors. Just register sip messages that are responded with 200Ok.

In the Avaya phones the status is registered, but if I download the logs I see a lot of these:

But I'm not speciallist in Avaya and have no idea what it means. Any clue?

According to customer, these was working better when CUCM was in version 11.5.1, but after upgrade to 14.0 they began to notice this.

Where you able to fix the issue where the phones stuck in "Acquiring Service..."?
