B-ACD Problem

Hi Experts,

I have a couple of router's in which I install B-ACD.

IOS: (C2801-ADVENTERPRISEK9-M), Version 12.4(22)T

Telephony-service

CONFIG (Version=7.0(1))

In one router B-ACD works, in the other one the next message is diplay:

Hi,configure voice-mail at CME for CUE or CUCON, then give the voice-mail hunt at the service parameter like this:

"param voice-mail xxxx (the voice-mail pilot number)"

thanks for your reply, our issue was resolve.

The problem was that we miss the upload of the MoH audio file.

Moreover, I will apply what you told me.
