B-ACD Troubleshooting

Hi All,

I have a disconnect problem with B-ACD script. I tried to figure it out but I couldn't.

If I enabled debug voip ccapi I can see disconnect cause 16 (normal call clearing) and for sure it is not.

I tried to check if there is any other command but I am not sure if I found the right way to troubleshoot or no? and my customer asked me to solve it ASAP.

I found the following:

service queue flash:app-b-acd-2.1.0.0.tcl

param queue-manager-debugs 1

Note :This command is used with the debug voip application script command.

debug voip application callsetup

Note This command is used with the debug voip application script command.

Is it helpful to use this command?? (debug voip app script)

What about this command also:

debug voip application callsetup
