backing up voicemail recordings

Hello all, I have a uc540 and I want to back up the diffrent voicemail greetings. I have been looking and ill i can find is how to make a new gretting or delete a greeting.

Hi Raymond.

On Unity Express administration page, select "Voicemail" --> Prompts

You can select all prompts and download them

You can also download the same by login through CUE admin page. it allows only you download one by one.

SYSTEM--->PROMPTS (you will list of prompts to be downloaded)
