Hi,
is there such a thing as barge where a user can barge into a call and talk to the other operator but the remote user cannot hear this?
So a call comes in and and operator answers it. The supervisor listens in and coaches the operator to ask certain questions etc but the remote party cannot hear this?

No, barge is for all purposes a conference.
What you're looking for are contact center features.
