BARS in ccm version 7.1

my backup history says the last good backup was on 12-01. when I try to do a manual back up, I receive a message that a backup is currently in progress. I try to cancel it but it doesn't allow me to. it's been processing for about a week now, how can I get it to stop?

Try to reset CCM service on Publisher (forexample) or reboot your servers from console.

restart the DRS services, BTW there is no BARS in linux versions. it's DRF

Hi,

Yesterday, i had the same issue, then i restarted de DRF Master and local, then the problem was solved.

Does anybody know if it can be a Bug in CCM 7.1 ?
