Hi,

 

Can I know what are you trying to achieve? Are you looking for basic auto attendant function, in this case you can use BACD configuration which is shared by the team below.

 

If you are looking for advanced stuff, then you need IVR solution. The best suites your case is CUE module to be plugged to your CME with IVR license.

 

The next advanced level is UCCX.

Thanks Baqari, for your reply . I am looking forward to configure basic IVR. Where user will get Basic welcome (Audio)prompt . Then call will find extension . regards Avijit
