Basic IVR license on ISR4000

Dear,

I have a router ISR4331/K9 , it has the following license:  UCK9. This routers received the calls over its interface lan and send the calls to E1 interfaces connected to Avaya PBX.

We will want to add a basic IVR: press 1 ...., press 2....

Do I need other license? o can i use TCL programing ?

You better proceed first with the evaluation licenses and then work on purchasing, based on what are you actual needs.

It is recommended that you install and activate the permanent licenses before the expiration of your evaluation licenses. From Cisco Unity Express Virtual 9.0.2 Release onwards, you do not need to install permanent license. 

 

SUMMARY STEPS

    1.    show license evaluation
    2.    license activate voicemail mailboxes
    3.    license activate ports
    4.    license activate ivr sessions
    5.    reload
    6.    show license in-use
