Will auto config for Cisco handsets be effective on all branded handsets?
We have a small site who have just started using Ericsson-LG handsets. I have put these devices on their own VLAN but I cannot see any improvement in call quality after using the 'auto qos voip cisco-phone' command.
If we try to make Teams calls alongside VoIP calls, everything starts struggling.
Could anyone share a simple how to get basic QoS applied to a number of switchports so that Voice traffic gets prioritised?
We have a several C9200L switches on site, I assume this will need to be applied on the core switch as well as any aggregate switch serving voice?
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
