Hello Friends,
I need to have basic queuing function into CUCM 6.1, but i don´t have Attendant Console. I have three secretarys and they need to attend every calls. Every secretarys should attend the same number calls in all the day. I hope get so like ACD.
How can i get this?

Queuing is not an option in CUCM until version 9.0 where this became available. If you are unable to upgrade your only option would be to use Contact Center solution if queuing is required.
In version 6.X though Attendant console is available at no cost and downloadable from plugins, keep in mind though that the AC is not longer available in version 8+ and paid replacement would be needed.

On that version all you get are line groups and the hunting algorithms for Circular, longest idle and broadcast
Longest idle might achieve what you need.
No real way to make sure everyone gets the same number of calls.
Review what each one does on CUCM documentation online or help -> for this page

Hi Claudio.
You can also have a basic queuing using H323 ios Gateway with BACD application and, as mentioned by Java (5P J), using Hunt Pilot -->> Hunt List -->> Line Group on CUCM.
I've configured this solution many times in the past, and it always worked (till now).
HTH.
