BAT on CUE

Dear NetPro gurus,

My client has a new CME / CUE site, they have over 100 users which needs Voicemail on their new Cisco 3945 with SRE 300 module for CUE.

Instead of manually creating the user, creating the mailbox and associate it to a phone extension one-by-one, does CUE has any utility like BAT which would allow my client to batch create users and mailbox in one go?

They just don't want the pain of creating the user and mailboxes one-by-one.

Would greatly appreciated if anyone could shed some light on this.

Hi Hunt,

There is no feature like BAT with CUE, but there is a User Import (Bulk)

feature as part of the install wizard

In addition to Rob's tip (+5), remember that CUE has CLI where it is very easy to copy/paste configuration, so you can paste large configuration additions at once.

Thanks so much for the info  =)

Trouble is my client has already completed the initial CUE install wizard without realizing the greatness of importing the users from CME via the Install Wizard.

Now, when my client starts CUE, it goes straight to the CUE main menu.

Is there any way my client can re-run the install wizard without re-installing the entire CUE again from scratch?
