Question of Unity Connections

I am running with Unity Connection 7.1.5 where the option to save (Save Recording As) the voice mails on the desktop using the PCA Media Master is disabled. I would like to know if this can be enabled for some users?

This is the clusterwide parameter but I just wanted to check if this can be done?

Any information would be appreciated..

Unfortunately as you point to out this is cluster wide parameter and cannot be enabled per user.
