BE 6000 Install Disk

Hello.

I’m installing a BE6000 8.6.2, and the Install disk of the Cisco Unified Comunication Mgr Unity Connection/BE/SME is damage can’t be read.

Try to download it from Cisco Support but couldn´t find the file, only found Service Update, Recovery Disk, Utilities, OVA but the install disk can’t find it.

Any Ideas were the install disk can be download it????

Fresh install media is not available for download, either order another set via PUT, or work with your SE/AM so you get a copy.
