In as simple an explanation as possilbe:
5 Phones, 4 Pots lines, ring to all phones (silent soft button on exam rooms), able to answer all lines on all phones (use of parking and transfer acceptable), Need to be able to answer second/third/fourth call from same phone.
Currently everything is close, however to make all phones and have on different extensions, we used overlay's. When another call comes in and someone is on the phone, their phone doesn't ring and they can't put their current call on hold and answer the next line.
