BLF-speed-dial buttons do not work reliably in the latest couple of versions of CME on IOS 15. The problems seemed to start in the last couple of versions and definately exist in CME Version 12 on IOS 15.7(3)M5.
Every few hours, some BLF-speed-dial buttons stop working (the lights stay off). Restarting the phone fixes it but within a few hours some stop working again. Every when they're broken, show presence subscription summary shows a status of "idle" instead of "unknown".
We have used this platform for years, but these problems started a few months ago. Has anyone else experienced these symptoms?
