Block Caller ID in CUCM for 1 endpoint only

All,

We have a requirement to block 1 nuisance caller for only 1 CUCM endpoint. All of the documentation I have seen points towards blocking in IOS or in CUCM with the Route Next Hop feature which seem to block nuisance calls for ALL endpoints, not just a single or selection of endpoints.

It would be nice to be able to manage this on a per endpoint basis.

Any ideas?

it is possible to do it for one endpoint, but its tedious and in my opinion not worth the trouble,
