I'm trying to block certain incoming numbers on my VG (Cisco Router).
I have the following configured.
voice translation-rule 2
rule 1 reject /845xxxxxxx/ (where I actually have the full number there). Also, should I be dropping the leading 0 in my rule or include the full number?
!
!
voice translation-profile BLOCK
translate calling 2
I have assigned it as follows. Do I have them assigned to the wrong peer? Should this be on an incoming peer? Basically what I have at the moment doesn't seem to work.
dial-peer voice 9 pots
description Primary Outgoing
call-block translation-profile incoming BLOCK
call-block disconnect-cause incoming call-reject
preference 1
destination-pattern .T
progress_ind setup enable 3
progress_ind alert enable 8
progress_ind progress enable 8
progress_ind connect enable 8
fax rate disable
direct-inward-dial
port 0/0/0:15
!
dial-peer voice 10 pots
description Secondary Outgoing
call-block translation-profile incoming BLOCK
call-block disconnect-cause incoming call-reject
preference 2
destination-pattern .T
progress_ind setup enable 3
progress_ind alert enable 8
progress_ind progress enable 8
progress_ind connect enable 8
fax rate disable
direct-inward-dial
port 0/1/0:15

Your config is fine just add the leading zero. So do your match on the full number the exact pattern you want to block.
