Hi,
Has anyone been successful using a Bluetooth adapter in the headset port on a 7965G? I have a user with Bluetooth compatible hearing aids that I would like her to use, as we've tried multiple headsets without luck. Her hearing aids have a lapel microphone.
Thanks!

I am assuming you realize these phones are not bluetooth compatible. With that being said I've never looked to see if there are adapters that would connect to the RJ11 connector and covert the signal to bluetooth, I don't see how that would work better than actual headset.
If you need bluetooth support, perhaps getting one of the bluetooth compatible phones might be a better idea?

Thanks Chris - I've found products like this - https://www.btpi.com/_PL-MDABDL_Bluetooth-Hearing-Aid-Adapter.htm which appear will plug into the headset or handset port. Was curious how others may have solved this.
Which Cisco phone is Bluetooth compatible? That's what's in our office.
