Bluetooth Speaker (Jabra 510) with Low Volume at Cisco 8851

Hello,

for small conference I want to use a Jabra 510 Speaker with my Cisco 8851 phone, it works well but the Volume of the Speaker is much to low. Use it via iPhone or PC the Sound is much louder.

I tried also to use it via the USB Connection of the 8851, but this does not work vor Audio, the Buttons are working via a BT dongle.

Does somebody have an Idea how to increase the volume of the Bluetooth Connection.

I've tried it with the 510 and an eMeet MobileOffice and they both have the same low volume when connected over bluetooth to the 8851. I paired with my cellphone and the speakerphone was fine. This is definitely a Cisco issue.

Speakers on Cisco phones are not designed to work via USB nor Bluetooth. They are intended to work via "External PC" which means Line jack 3.5 mm.
