According to the 14 Upgrade and Migration guide, PCD is recommended when upgrading CUCM, CUPS and CUCX together. Is there a specific reason for that? I'm not seeing a reason anywhere and I prefer to manually upgrade through Web/CLI.

Our Webex usage is Edge Audio with MTLS, no video or SIP outdial. So with a CPL in place they will not be able to ascertain valid URLs through brute force? With the below in place on the Edge, all functionality of ours continue to work.
