Hai
I have a issue with my IP phones, I am from Bahrain, I have a CISCO 2921 Voice Gateway, and Fourtinet 100D firewall installed on our Bahrain Branch Office. And all the IP Phones are registered to Head office CUCM (Version 8.6) In head office also we have one Juniper firewall.
Before one week it was working perfectly, but now all the phones are down. now we can't call our head quarter as extensions. But through our Gateway its working. Now all the phone are registered to the gateway.
I checked the status on the phone, but while taking the status the phone is going to Hang.
I try to get the Xml file from the CUCM but it shows the following error
C:\>tftp -i 192.168.20.11 get SEP34A84E6165A6.cnf.xml
tftp: can't write to local file 'SEP34A84E6165A6.cnf.xml

Mate,
you require some basic troubleshooting,
remeber, things dont just stop working spontaneously. something has changed. stick a laptop in your voice vlan on your remote site or do an extended ping from a voice vlan interface and see if you can ping the call manager. work your way up the OSI model.
good luck
