Bulk Administration Tools

I am using Call manager 7.x version but i didnt find Bulk Administration Tools. how to get this tools in Call Manager 7.X?

Hi Amin,

Do mention the exact call manager version.


How many servers are there in the cluster?

Are you looking at the publisher for the BAT, you will see the bulk administration tool on the pub.

i have Call Manager 7.1.5.10000-12  and I have only 2 server Pub & Sub. I was looking BAT on Subscriber but i find on PUB.
