You can either use Bulk Administration tab on cucm to do this if the numbers are sequential. If the numbers are not its a little bit difficult. Your options are
1. use the BAT tool add line and select over ride exisitng config when submitting the job. Make sure you fill in all the required details, css, line text label etc
2. You do it manually
3. You use sql to update it directly in the informix databse..if you are familiar with sql and informix.
