Hi,

my cutomer wants a busy light to prevent interception of calls in meeting rooms.

Plug off the phone is not an option.

Is there any solution for this?

Thank you

Hello Frank,

Do you need not to receive busy light notification when someone places calls to your Conference Phone? Visual.png

If this is the case, you may configure the line settings on the specific phone in order not to receive Visual notifications.

Hi George,

no that is not what I am looking for.

The customer is afraid of a phone in the meeting room which is used in hands free mode for example to hear what is said in the meeting room.

Still not sure what you're asking here, if you're asking if you can disable the speaker (hands free mode?), no, you cannot. And wouldn't that defeat the purpose of a phone in a meeting room??

Most people want a phone with a good speakers/mics so everyone hears.

Would using the speakerphone key and then mute key, work for you?

I would agree with Jamie, you should not change the phones actual purpose.
