Busy tone when dials on second line

Hello! We have two types of phones in our network: 6991 and 7841. Our users would like to get busy tone if somebody dialing to their phone while they already talking. Is it possible to realize?

Maximum Number of Calls and Busy Trigger setting is what you need to look at the DN level on CUCM.

The question really comes down to your dialplan design.

Since call routing of line + device is a combination of device and line CSS (Previliges) putting a "None" CSS on the line will not help much if the device CSS allows for additional access.

Hopefully you have the option to create a BLOCK_ALL CSS, with a BLOCK_ALL Partition.

Add one or two Translationpatterns (Below)

1. (empty match, see PLAR) with the option "Block This Pattern" + Unallocated number.

2.  ! translation pattern with "Block This Pattern" could be nessicary.

Add the BLOCK_ALL CSS to the 2:nd line.

@Fredrik : Not sure what exactly you are trying to suggest here as the they simply want there should be no call waiting on the phone when user is already on an active call. This particular thing is determined by the Busy Trigger setting at DN level on CUCM

@Deepak Rawat - I misinterpeted the question as blocking outgoing calls on second line.(Only incomming calls possible)

No issues Fredrik :), setting Busy Trigger to 1 will indeed do the job on the specific line wherein they do not want Call Waiting.
