Hello ,
we have CUC and CUCM 9 on VMware , suddenly our IVR stop working so we are unable to received calls from outside ( comming calls ) . and unfortunately our password is not working for unity connection so cant login on it .
is there any way to bypass unity connection to get all incomming calls directly on callmanager on pilots number .

Just change the routing directly in CUCM while you sort out the CUC problem.

I do not know your call flow, this is something you should know so you can change it.
There must be a CTI RP, TP or something else in CUCM which directs the calls to VM, change that routing to wherever you want there.

The quickest way to divert is to put a translation pattern in place, so if your voicemail pilot is 1000, then a transation pattern for 1000 and called number translated into whatever number you find suitable, would result in calls to that 1000 number, to go to the translated number instead. really easy to roll back as well, by just removing the translation pattern
