Hi All,
We are in the process of implementing AQM, the calls are recording for physical phones but not for CIPC. Please share your ideas on this.
Thanks

Not enough information here to even comment very well. QM/Recording works fine with CIPC if you have the supported versions. As well it needs to be configured properly. Open a PDI case at
PDI.HelpDesk@Calabrio.com for assitance. Please provide all details like: Version of CUCM; UCCX and CIPC. Also, what architecture you are trying to configure? Are you using Netowrk based recording which using Cisco BIB (Built in Bridge)?

CIPC must be named SEP followed by the real MAC address of the PC. Use the Network Adapter to generate the device name not the Use this device name.
If its not named SEP it won't record.
If its named correctly as Tim requests you need to provide more information on how you are trying to record.

I suggest you open a PDI helpdesk case. Do that at ...
PDI.HelpDesk@Calabrio.com (via email).
You are cifusing us all what you are doing at setting up. "Network" recording using hte BIB function of CUCM and will work with IPC. This is hte best method for record via IPC but you need hte right set-up and configuration to work.
Using SPAN recoridng or "Server" based recoridng is a completly different recording method.
