Hello,
I was wondering if there is a solution to the following scenario
A customer with E1 interface (no DID is configured to the users) that have users calling to PSTN, one of the users calls a mobile phone (the caller ID is the Main Pilot number (No personal DID is available) ) and the user didnt answer his phone, so basically there is a missed call on the mobile phone that has a caller ID for the main pilot number, now if this users calls back he will go to the unity AA pilot and then eventually to the operator, is there anyway that user or the operator can find out who called him so he can transfer him back?
