Dear. All ,
I have UCCX version: 8.0.2.11005-20 , we have a problem the call center close all agent ( make them not ready) and retain them ready , the Agent log out Automatically! , and Kindly find attached my issue .
Please advise any solution if someone come across same.

It looks like the phones probably reset for some reason (reset/update from /ccmadmin, network issue, CUCM failover, etc.). If you run an Agent Not Ready Reason Code report in HRC, what reason code does it give you for agents going Not Ready? Are you seeing something like 32765 (CAD connection down), 32759 (phone down), or 32757 (CUCM failover)?
