call centre training

We have deployed the Cisco CP 8841 VOIP phones to our call centre. We set the phones up with bluetooth headsets and we need the ability to have trainee's listen in on phone calls with clients as part of their training. 

Can the phone be enable to have 2 sources for audio to be use simultaneously? i.e. Trainer uses bluetooth headset, trainee use the hand set to listen to the conversation?

I believe the answer to be no. Use a wired headset with a Y cable.

I have attached the solution that was shared with me from my co-worker. The way its accomplished is outlined in the attached file, under the Conference up to three additional headsets.
