Dear all,
I have a setup of CME 8.5 in which i am using analog lines for incomming & outgoing calls which are connected to 4 FXO ports.issue calls are not disconnecting properly getting this issue peridocally, It seems calls are getting stucked on FXO ports due to this reason line are getting busy. than only solution is is to physically remove the analog line or shut or no shut fxo ports. below is the configuration for your reference.need your help to resolve this issue.

Hi,
Try to add:
voice class dualtone-detect-params 1
freq-max-deviation 50
voice-port 0/1/0
supervisory dualtone-detect-params 1

If disconnect doesn't work, then the configured tones are wrong.

Thanks all for your inputs.. i tested all the above inuts but still same issue.
after trouble shooting i noticed that when i am calling from mobile or L.L to compnay number which is hittting gateway & the call is routing to operator if operator is not picking up the phone & enduser is disconnecting the call but operator phone is still ringing no disconnection is happing.

You should check the disconnect tones as Paolo suggested.

To alleviate this problem you should use connection plar opx.
you should also try cadence 500 500
Also note that most of the other commands you have configured, are useless.
