Hi,
I have CCM & Unity 4.x server. Last Sunday powered down the servers and powered ON after maintanence. Post to that, when I dial the number the I should get the Welcome Message, instead it just keeps ringing.
When I dial the DID #, calls are landing to the appropriate extension.
Connectivity details
Telco circuit -----> PRI -----> Voice Rotuer -----> LAN (CCM & Unity)
Any ideas what would have went wrong here?
Voice Router configuration remains unchanged.
